If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
SEEART reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required by applicable law, notify users through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you would like your User Content removed from our marketing materials where reasonably possible, please contact us.
We reserve the right to remove or decline any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Indemnification / Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEEART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of the Platform or the purchase of products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, SEEART's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. SEEART shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- war or armed conflict;
- terrorism;
- governmental actions;
- pandemics or public health emergencies;
- labor disputes;
- power outages;
- internet or telecommunications failures;
- cyberattacks;
- supply chain disruptions;
- transportation interruptions;
- actions of shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Where such circumstances occur, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform, its Content, and all products and services are provided on an "as available" and, where legally permitted, "as is" basis.
While SEEART strives to ensure the accuracy of all information presented, we do not guarantee that:
- the Platform will operate without interruption;
- the Platform will always be free from errors or security vulnerabilities;
- all product descriptions, photographs, colors, or specifications are entirely free from inaccuracies;
- the Platform will meet every user's individual expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Disputes / Additional terms
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
If you are a consumer residing outside Denmark, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Denmark unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Electronic Communications
If you consented to receive direct email marketing from SEEART, we provide you with the opportunity to update your information or opt-out of having your information used for purposes not directly related to placement, processing, fulfillment, or delivery of a product order or servicing of your product. To opt-out of marketing communications, you may:

Please give us up to 10 days for the opt-out request to be processed in our systems.
Section B: Terms of Purchase
1. Products and Availability
SEEART offers curated artwork, including but not limited to museum-quality prints, limited editions, and original artworks.
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. However:
- colors may vary depending on monitor settings and device displays;
- framing and styling images are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated;
- measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
Many posters are produced specifically after an order is placed. As a result, availability may change without prior notice.
Original artworks are unique pieces and are offered subject to availability. If an original artwork becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product offerings, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the Platform are shown in the selected currency where available.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and applicable law. Any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
SEEART reserves the right to modify prices at any time before an order is placed. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
We accept payment methods made available during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If payment authorization fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the associated order.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
An order is considered accepted only when SEEART has confirmed that processing has begun or the order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including where:
- products become unavailable;
- payment cannot be verified;
- pricing or product information contains errors;
- fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected;
- shipping restrictions apply;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
SEEART ships to customers in most countries worldwide.
Fulfillment methods depend on the product ordered:
- Museum-quality posters and other made-to-order products are produced by our trusted production and fulfillment partners and shipped from the facility best suited to the delivery destination.
- Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped directly by SEEART from Denmark.
Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. These estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may be affected by production schedules, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details by email.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the shipment where required. SEEART is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
SEEART reserves the right to decline shipments to destinations where legal restrictions, sanctions, carrier limitations, or other logistical constraints prevent us from fulfilling an order.
Ownership of purchased products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs authorities may impose import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
SEEART cannot reimburse customs charges or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because many of our products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, returns are subject to the conditions set out below.
If you wish to return a product, you should contact SEEART before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and similar fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
Customers residing in the European Union may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Most posters sold by SEEART are produced individually after an order is placed. As such, these products are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Original artworks that are not custom-made may qualify for applicable withdrawal rights where required by law, provided they are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within the applicable legal period.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact SEEART as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- a description of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, SEEART may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable consumer protection laws:
- replace the product;
- repair the product where appropriate;
- issue a partial refund; or
- issue a full refund.
SEEART reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy after reviewing the claim.
Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, accidental damage after delivery, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
9. Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost in transit, SEEART will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
Replacement products or refunds may be offered once the carrier confirms that the shipment is considered lost.
SEEART is not responsible for delays while investigations are being conducted by shipping carriers.
Orders marked as successfully delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before replacement or reimbursement can be considered.
10. Original Artwork
Original artworks sold by SEEART are unique, one-of-a-kind creations.
Due to the unique nature of these works:
- each artwork may contain natural characteristics or minor variations that are not considered defects;
- slight differences in color may occur between digital images and the physical artwork due to screen calibration and photography;
- certificates of authenticity, where included, form part of the purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.
All copyrights, reproduction rights, licensing rights, and other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of SEEART and/or the artist unless expressly transferred in writing.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the artwork beyond normal private ownership.
11. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact SEEART immediately if they wish to cancel an order.
Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If cancellation is possible, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.
